Have you been in therapy for years but still struggle to experience healing in certain areas of your life? I can help.

HOW I WORK

The heart of my work is supporting those ready to heal from the impact of childhood trauma and difficult family-of-origin experiences. I also offer professional guidance for clinicians who do the same.

My offerings are adjunct services to supplement the work you are currently doing in recovery, such as individual therapy and 12-Step programs.

Services

Envision a week filled with personal growth, self-reflection, and profound transformation. My 5-day counseling Intensives are customized to provide focused attention, support, and guidance to facilitate lasting change.

Regular ongoing therapy is an important part of the recovery journey. But you may have reached a point in your healing where you need something more. My 2-hour Breakthrough Sessions or Short-term Trauma Healing may be what you need.

Attachment-Focused EMDR is a modified protocol that is client-centered and treats the whole person – body, mind, heart and spirit.

Imagine a therapy experience where the healing power of horses becomes your guide and provides a powerful experience that facilitates insights and breakthroughs in ways that traditional in-office therapy can’t provide.

Need some guidance on your recovery journey? Feeling unsure of your next steps? Let me help you get clarity.

Collaboration

As a clinician, you know the power of collaborating with another helping professional who can offer a different perspective. I offer several adjunct therapies to support the work that you’re doing with your clients.

Consultations & Supervision

I recognize the complexities and challenges therapists face when addressing childhood trauma with their clients. I’ve experienced them myself! My specialized clinical consultations are designed to provide guidance and support in working with your clients.

WHO I AM

In my experience as a clinician, I’ve learned that academic knowledge alone doesn’t impact lives; rather, connecting soul to soul is the most important part of the therapeutic process.

I am the therapist I am today because I’ve lived my own healing journey. My continued path of recovery from childhood trauma allows me to show up for clients in a way that I wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
